Here is some of the work we have completed
A full re-boarding of the front elevation of this park home was carried out, including the removal of the quoins. The work was completed with a Resitex stipple finish matching the Statley Albion pattern.
Repairs had previously been carried out by another company beneath the two middle windows; however, the area had not fully dried before rainfall occurred. We did our best to protect and cover the affected area before carrying out a further three repairs. Once these repairs were completed and fully cured, two coats of Almond Resifine were applied.
The customer had experienced some water ingress, so to help keep costs to a minimum, we carried out a repair to the affected boarding rather than replacing a larger section.
At the customer's request, the existing window was removed and replaced with a new set of French doors, enhancing both access and natural light to the property.
A repair was carried out to address delaminating plywood. Painting is to be completed at a later date.
A new roof was constructed to replace the existing structure. The works included the installation of new trusses followed by the fitting of metrotiles to provide a durable and weather-resistant finish. All work was completed to improve the appearance, performance, and long-term protection of the property.
Three board repairs were completed to this park home, along with the installation of new guttering and downpipes in Brown Leather. The property was then finished with Resifine Gardenia, providing a durable, weather-resistant coating and a refreshed appearance.
Before and after photographs showing damage around the quoins caused by water ingress. The images illustrate the extent of the deterioration prior to the repair works and the condition of the area following the completion of remedial repairs.
Insulation and cladding were installed to improve the thermal efficiency, weather resistance, and overall appearance of the property. The works provide enhanced protection from the elements while contributing to improved energy performance and a refreshed exterior finish.
The damaged boards were identified, removed, and replaced with new plywood restoring both functionality and appearance while preventing further deterioration.
