Damaged boards are cut out, any damaged timber stud work will be replaced (if needed). Once old boards are replaced new ones will be fixed with stainless steel fixings and your exterior pattern matched using Resitex stipple.

• Canexel (Maibec) - high density fibre engineered wood product with authentic wood grain and thermoset paint cured at high temperatures.

• Fortex (uPVC) - made from high quality PVC, embossed wood grain weather resistant, light weight and requires minimal upkeep.

All cladding comes in a variety of colours, you can either view them online or we can bring samples on our visit to you park home.

The chassis forms the base of your park home. Over time it can deteriorate and form rust which may compromise structural integrity.

We can offer rust removal and then apply a protective coating, tightening of bolts and jack replacement if needed.
